Cabbage Noodles
Chinese cabbage 8-10 tablets | Noodles 150g/person |
Ginger 2 tablets | Onion 10cm |
Soy sauce 1 scoop | Salt Appropriate amount |

Step 1
Wash all ingredients. Tear cabbage into piecesCut into small slices (it’s best to separate the leaves and stems), mince the green onion and ginger and set aside.Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, add a little five-spice powder, then add all the minced ginger and half of the minced green onions and saute until fragrant.Step 3
Add half a pot of boiling water along the edge of the pot, add cabbage and bring to a boil, add a little soy sauce for about five minutes.Step 4
After the vegetables are soft, add the noodles and cook for ten minutes. Add the cabbage leaves and then salt.Step 5
When the noodles have no white core, sprinkle with the remaining half of the chopped green onions and serve. You can add two drops of sesame oil to enhance the fragrance. Cooking them separately can ensure that the ingredients are cooked when they come out of the pot and are not overcooked.
