Carrot, Yam and Lamb Soup
Ingredients
- Lamb shank
- Carrot
- Yam
- Garlic leaves
- Ginger
Steps
1. Clean the lamb legs, chop into chunks, and set aside
2. Add cold water to the pot and use high heat
3. After the water is boiled, fully remove the blood and impurities
4. Drain the mutton, rinse the foam on the surface with hot water, and drain thoroughly
5. Cut the garlic leaves into segments
6. Return to the pot, add hot water to cover the mutton, add garlic and ginger, and bring to a boil over high heat
7. Cut the carrots into hob shapes
8. Wash the yam and cut into hob shapes
9. After the water boils, pour in the cooking wine, turn to medium heat and simmer
10. When the mutton is halfway cooked, add carrots and yams and continue to simmer over medium heat
11. Stew until the ingredients in the pot are cooked and season with salt
12. Continue to simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
13. Turn off the heat

15. Drink mutton soup for nourishment and maintenance in winter
