Peel the potatoes and cut them in half and cook in a pot.Step 2
Cut the sausage into rounds and mince the pork but not too finely chopped.Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and stir-fry until there is a mushroom smell!Step 4

Once the ingredients are ready, wait until the potatoes are cooked. When the potatoes are cooked, make them into mashed potatoes while they are hot. Be careful not to burn them. It is best to crush them with a spatula used for cooking, as it will be very hot to your hands.Step 6

Pour water into the pot, wait until the water boils, and then you can start putting it on the steamer.Step 8
It takes 45 minutes to put the water in the pot and it's done. The ones I made are larger, so I need to steam them for 5 minutes longer. If they are small ones, 40 minutes is fine.Step 9
