After adding the rice, turn on the low heat, use a spatula to break up the rice and stir-fry until it is evenly colored. If the rice cannot be broken up, you can add less stock. If not, replace it with water. At this time, you can add an appropriate amount of salt to adjust the saltiness to your taste. Stir until evenly stirred and then turn off the heat. The rice will be very fragrant at this time.Step 8
Put the fried fragrant rice into the ceramic baking pan and smooth the surface with a silicone spatula. The advantage of the silicone spatula is that food will not stick to it.Step 9

Sprinkle an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Preheat the oven to 180°C for the upper heat and 150°C for the lower heat.Step 11
