Cheese Durian Pizza
Ingredients
- High-gluten flour 150g
- Fine white sugar 2 teaspoons (5ml)
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Yeast 1/2 teaspoon
- Warm water 80g
- German imported cheese According to personal taste
- Butter 15g
- Mozzarella cheese According to personal taste
- Durian One Corner
- Egg One
Steps
1. Filter the high-gluten flour through a sieve and add sugar and salt. Soak the yeast in 80g of warm water and pour the flour into it in two batches.
2. Put the butter into the flour dough last and mix it in two or three times.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and wait for 45 to 60 minutes to ferment. At the same time, use an egg separator to separate the yolks.
4. Ferment until doubled in size.
5. Keep pressing the dough ball to press out the excess air, and use a wooden stick to push it into the base shape of the cake. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
6. Grease a pizza baking pan with a thin layer of butter.
7. Lay out the cake base, make the rounded edges thicker and the middle thinner. ☆Remember to use a fork to poke more air holes in the bottom of the cake★.
8. Coat the edges with whole egg yolk, and the edges will be golden brown when baked.
9. Spread German imported cheese on the lowest layer, leaving space for the edges. How much you apply depends on your personal taste.
10. Grate the mozzarella cheese into strips, core the durian and mash it with a spoon.
11. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese (just enough to cover it).
12. Spread a layer of durian. Note that more is not better, just spread it evenly.
13. Place in the oven and bake at 220℃ for 12 minutes.
14. Take it out after 12 minutes, sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, and return it to the oven to continue baking until melted (about 3 minutes).
15. Complete
16. Brushed effect. If you want the strips to be longer and more intuitive, the mozzarella cheese strips must be thicker and more evenly distributed.
Tips
- Each oven is different, and pizza bakes for about 12 to 15 minutes.
