Step 1
Blanch the pork belly, take it out, put it in a pressure cooker and add onion, ginger and cooking wine to simmer.Step 2
Boil the chestnut cuts in water until half-cooked and then peel them apart.Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar and stir-fry, add cooked meat and stir-fry until browned. Add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the cooked chestnuts and fry until golden.Step 4
Add stock, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and rock sugar to stew.Step 5
