Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- Serves 3
- Chicken whole leg 3 pieces
- Onion 2 sticks
- Ginger slices 2 slices
- Cucumber 50g
- Beijing green onion 50g
- Cilantro 50g
- Carrot 30g
- Salad dressing
- Salt 1t
- Sugar 1T
- Soy sauce Half cup
- Sesame oil 2t
- Lemon 1 piece
Steps
1. Wash and drain chicken legs
2. Remove excess fat from the chicken legs
3. Boiled whole chicken legs in cold water
4. Onions and ginger
5. Add the chicken legs to the soup pot and continue to cook for 15 minutes after the water boils
6. Onion, coriander, cucumber, carrot
7. Remove the stems of coriander, wash and cut into sections
