Chinese pizza
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 250g
- Eggs 2
- Ham sausage 2 pieces
- Edible salt A little
- Lettuce One
- Chicken essence A little
- White sugar A little
- Chives Two stalks
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. After processing the flour, eggs, ham sausage and chopped green onion respectively, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, stir evenly and set aside
2. After opening the electric cake pan, brush a layer of cooking oil in the pan, then slowly pour the flour mixture prepared in Figure 1 into the pan, and spread it slowly with a wooden spatula. Make sure the entire bottom of the pan is covered, cover the pan and fry for five minutes, then flip over and fry the bottom side until golden brown, then flip over and fry the other side.
3. When both sides of the dough are fried until golden brown, use a wooden spatula to cut the dough into pizza shapes.
Tips
- 1. The flour mixture must be stirred evenly and there should be no dough lumps, otherwise it will not taste good
