Coconut milk jelly
Ingredients
- Milk 250ml
- Cornstarch 30g
- Soft white sugar 25g
- Condensed milk 20g
- Coconut 20g
- Corn oil A little
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Take a milk pot and pour 250ml of milk
3. Then pour in the soft sugar
4. Pour in cornstarch
5. Add condensed milk (actually the order of adding is not specified, just mix these ingredients)
6. Mix the above ingredients with a spoon or silicone spatula
7. Place the pot on the stove, heat it over low heat, and stir while heating to avoid burning the bottom
8. Stir until it becomes a fine and smooth batter
9. Prepare a flat-bottomed container and brush a little corn oil on the inside of the container (the walls and bottom of the container are evenly brushed)
10. Pour the batter prepared in step 8 into the container, quickly smooth the surface of the batter with a spoon, and let cool
11. After cooling, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 3 hours to solidify
12. Take the solidified milk jelly out of the refrigerator and place it upside down on the chopping board
13. Cut into small squares of even size with a knife
14. Pour appropriate amount of coconut into the plateRong
15. Put the cubed panna cotta into a plate and evenly coat it with coconut paste
16. The white and tender coconut milk jelly is ready

Tips
- 1. The pot used to make batter can be a milk pot, a frying pan or a non-stick pan;
- 2. The materials need to be mixed well before heating, otherwise they will easily agglomerate after heating;
- 3. After pouring the prepared batter into the container, quickly level the surface. It will become difficult to work with when it cools.
