Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of oil, and add the celery. Because celery is very tender, be sure not to over-blanch it, just 1-2 minutes.Step 3
Remove the water and add seasonings (sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, minced garlic, chili oil). It can actually be made into a sauce. I thought it would be troublesome to wash an extra bowl, so I just added it. Stir it and taste it. It's OK. Adjustment.Step 4
It's OK to load it. Cooking tips for cold celeryWhen celery is soaked in water, put a few drops in it and the color will be greener. I don't actually have a specific amount of sauce. If you like sweet and sour, just add more. It just depends on your personal preference. The same goes for vinegar, just use the vinegar you like. I bought the chili oil ready-made and can fry it myself.
