Cold green bamboo shoots and dried tofu
Ingredients
- Bamboo shoots Appropriate amount
- Vinegar 1 spoon
- Onion Half root
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dried tofu Appropriate amount
- Cilantro A wisp
- Salt 1 spoon
- Sichuan pepper powder, chili powder, sesame 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 3 spoons
- Sesame oil, sugar A little
Steps
1. Cut the dried tofu into thin slices.
2. Cut the green bamboo shoots into thin slices.
3. Add boiling water to the pot and cook the dried tofu.
4. Cook the bamboo shoots.
5. Drain and set aside.
6. Add chopped green onion, coriander, salt, pepper powder, chili powder, minced garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
7. Add a tablespoon of cooked oil.
8. Stir evenly, then add light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and a little sugar.
9. Pour on top of the prepared green bamboo shoots and dried tofu.
10. Stir evenly and you can eat.
Tips
- 1. Green bamboo shoots must be cooked to remove the bitter taste.
- 2. The ratio of light soy sauce, vinegar, and chili pepper can be adjusted according to your own taste.
