Cold Spicy Potato Chips
Ingredients
- Potatoes 3
- Minced garlic 10g
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- White sugar 1 tablespoon
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Age vinegar 1 spoon
- Green and red chili peppers 2 each
- Chili powder 1 spoon
- Hot oil 1 spoon
Steps
1. Prepare three potatoes, peel them and wash them
2. Cut into thin slices
3. Boil water for two minutes
4. Remove the shower water to drain the water
5. Add minced garlic, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, green and red pepper, chili powder into a bowl, heat oil and fry until fragrant, stir well and serve on a plate
6. Spicy potato chips are ready
