Cold Spirulina
Ingredients
- Spirulina 2 handfuls
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sesame, Sichuan pepper powder, chili powder, salt Appropriate amount
- Sesame oil 1 spoon
- Vinegar 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 3 spoons
- Chopped green onion A little
Steps
1. Boil the water in the pot.
2. Two handfuls of spirulina are enough.
3. Get down into the boiling water.
4. Boil for a while and take it out. Blanch it in cold water and control the moisture.
5. Minced garlic, salt. Put pepper powder, sesame seeds, and chili powder into a bowl.
6. Heat the oil and stir it evenly. Then add light soy sauce and vinegar.
7. Pour the prepared juice into the spirulina, and then drizzle with sesame oil.
8. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions for a delicious spirulina cold dish.
Tips
- Spirulina will basically disperse as soon as it is placed in boiling water, and you can fish it out.
