Coleslaw
Ingredients
- Baby cabbage 2 pieces
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Red pepper 1 piece
- Table salt A little
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- White sugar Appropriate amount
- Garlic 4 cloves
Steps
1. Prepare 2 fat baby vegetables
2. Cut with a cross knife.
3. Wash and soak in clean water for a while.
4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, bring salt and cooking oil to a boil, add the baby cabbage and blanch it for one minute.
5. Drain the supercooled water and put it into a plate.
6. Chop green and red chili peppers and garlic and set aside.

- After blanching the baby cabbage, blanch it in cold water to maintain a crispy texture.
