- Potatoes 100g
- Corn kernels 30g
- Spinach 5 roots
- Shiitake mushroom Half

Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Chop the shrimp into paste.
3. Peel and cut potatoes into pieces and cook in a pot.
4. Blanch spinach and mushrooms in a pot.
5. Chop spinach and mushrooms into puree.
6. Crush potatoes into puree.
7. Crack the eggs into a bowl, scoop out the yolks with a spoon, and break the yolks into pieces for later use.
8. Add 500 ml of water to corn kernels to make corn juice.
9. Filter the corn juice to remove residue.
10. Put corn juice and mashed potatoes into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, stir constantly during the cooking process to prevent sticking to the pot.
11. Turn on low heat, add shrimp paste and stir evenly.
12. Add shiitake mushroom paste and stir evenly.
13. Add chopped spinach and stir evenly.
14. Beat in eggs.
15. Stir evenly and serve.
