Cool and refreshing cucumber sprouts
Ingredients
- Cucumber seedlings 100g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1.5 spoons
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Umami juice (optional) A few drops
Steps
1. Wash the cucumber seedlings.
2. Soak in cold boiled water for a while.
3. Then take it out, drain the water, add salt and marinate for about 15 minutes.
4. While waiting, chop the garlic first.
5. Mix the sauce with a small spoonful of sugar.

7. Add a few drops of umami juice and mix thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved.
