Steps
1. First we prepare all the ingredients
2. Boil appropriate amount of water in the pot
3. Wash the ribs
4. Peel, wash and cut the ginger into slices
5. When the water in the pot boils, add ginger slices
6. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine
7. Lower ribs
8. Cook for 10 minutes

18. Cover the pot and cook over high heat

Tips
- Fresh mushrooms can be replaced with dried mushrooms, remember to soak them in advance!
