Corn, water chestnuts and pork ribs soup
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 400g
- Corn 1
- Carrot 1
- Horse hoof 10 pieces
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Steps
1. Prepare the materials
2. Wash the ribs and put them into the soup pot
3. Boil the water and take it out
4. Cut the ginger into slices
5. Put the blanched ribs into a casserole, add ginger slices, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 1 hour
6. Cut carrots into hob blocks
7. Cut the water chestnut into small pieces
8. Cut the corn into sections and then into strips
9. Put into pork ribs soup
10. Add water chestnuts and corn
11. After the fire boils, continue to cook for 1 hour
12. Finally add salt
13. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes
