Step 1
Peel and slice the pumpkin and steam it in a pot for 20 minutes. Put 230g of pumpkin puree in a large bowl, ➕25g of milk powder, ➕one egg, 3g of yeast, and 400g of flour. Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.Step 2
Take out the fermented dough, knead and deflate, roll it into an 8 mm thick dough, either square or round, cut into long strips, then cut into squares, let rise for 10 minutes, pan-fry until golden and cooked.Step 3
