Crisp colorful pickles
Ingredients
- Carrot
- Purple cabbage
- Zijiang
- celery
- Green onions
Steps
1. Cut the vegetables and set aside
2. Blanch celery and carrots in boiling water, then rinse with cold water
3. Then soak it in Sichuan kimchi water. [If you don’t have Sichuan kimchi water, you can use white vinegar, white sugar, and salt instead]
4. After soaking for 4 hours, sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds, sugar and sesame oil and stir evenly
5. The crisp and delicious kimchi is completed. Very delicious
