Crispy Eggplant
Ingredients
- Eggplant 3 thin eggplants
- Tomato paste 40g
- Eggs 2
- Flour 60g
- Scallions 2 pcs
- Ginger 30g
- Salt. Chicken essence Appropriate amount

- Light soy sauce Appropriate amount

Steps
1. Wash and cut into pieces
2. Mix the egg liquid well

4. Put eggplant in batter
