Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1 piece
- Eggs 1
- Powder 45g
- Bread crumbs 45g
- Salt 2g
- Onions 2 roots
- Red pepper 2 pieces
- Garlic cloves 5 pcs
- Ginger 3 slices
Steps
1. Ingredients preparation: Wash a piece of chicken breast and remove the fascia and set aside
2. Prepare 2 green onions, 5 garlic cloves, 2 red peppers, and 3 slices of ginger
3. Cut the chicken breast into equal slices of about 0.5-1 cm thickness
4. Use the back of the knife to tap until it is loose, and tap on both sides
5. Cut onions and red peppers into sections; slice garlic cloves and ginger slices
6. Put the processed chicken breast in a glass bowl, add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper, add half a tablespoon of cooking wine, 2g of salt, a little cooking oil, a little black pepper, stir evenly and marinate for 15- 20 minutes
7. Prepare: Beat bread crumbs, flour, and eggs and mix well
8. Dip the marinated chicken breasts in flour
9. Dip it into the egg liquid and fill it up
10. Finally dip it in bread crumbs
11. Heat the oil in the pot, use chopsticks to put it in and when you see dense hot bubbles, put the chicken breast dipped in bread crumbs in and fry it over medium-low heat. Remember not to use high heat to prevent the outside from getting burnt inside. Unfamiliar
12. Fry until both sides are golden brown, take it out and use a kitchen towel to absorb the oil (re-frying will give a better texture)
13. Finished product: Cut into pieces and eat immediately. It’s really great when dipped in tomato sauce
Tips
- Warm reminder: The marinated chicken breast must be flavored; it is best not to use high heat when frying to prevent the outside from being burnt and the inside from being uncooked!
