Crispy lotus root box
Ingredients
- Lotus root 1 section
- Pork 250g
- Onion and ginger each 30g
- Flour 120g
- Eggs 1
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Chop the meat yourself. It is chewier than machine-minced meat. Cut the onion and ginger into pieces
3. Light soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, sesame oil, eggs, flour and appropriate amount of water
4. Mix the flour into a paste
5. Peel and wash the lotus root, cut into razor blades, and apply flour on the inside of the two pieces to better adhere to the meat filling
6. Add meat filling with chopsticks
7. Put the prepared lotus root box into the batter and roll it around
8. Put into the hot oil pan, fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides and take out
9. Done
