Crispy Pork with Abalone Sauce

- Garlic 12g
- Abalone juice 30g
- Chicken powder 1g
- Cornstarch 2g
- Soy sauce 9g
- Granulated sugar 3g

Steps
1. When I bought crispy pork belly at the market, I asked the store to help slice it
2. Add 3g of salt
3. Wear disposable gloves and grasp evenly
4. Rinse clean after 10 minutes of rest
5. Drain and set aside
6. Cut the onion into small pieces
7. Slice garlic
8. Prepare abalone sauce
9. In a small bowl, add 30g abalone juice, 1g chicken powder, 9g soy sauce, 2g corn starch, 2g dark soy sauce, and 3g sugar
10. Add 10g of water
11. Stir evenly and set aside
12. On medium-low heat, pour 5g of oil
13. After the pot is hot, add garlic scalp and sauté until fragrant
14. Add onions and stir-fry for a few seconds
15. Make room in the middle and put 6g of oil in the middle
16. Turn to medium heat, add crispy basil slices, and stir-fry quickly for ten seconds
17. Pour in abalone sauce
18. Stir fry evenly
19. Cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes
20. Open the lid and stir-fry a few times and it's done!
