Cumin potato chips
Ingredients
- Potatoes 4 pieces
- Onions 1 catties
- Dried chili Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Ginger A few slices
- Garlic 2 pieces
- Cumin A small amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Star anise A small amount
- shannai A small amount
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum A small amount
Steps
1. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into strips, then soak them in water for ten minutes, drain the water, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Try to choose large potatoes
2. Heat oil in a pot, pour in the dry potato strips, and fry until golden brown.
3. Fried potato chips, set aside.
4. Use the oil used to fry potatoes, heat the oil to 60% heat, and pour in peppercorns, star anise and kaempferol.
5. Pour in ginger and garlic and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Pour in the dried chili segments and stir-fry at a high speed. Do not fry for too long as it will easily burn. The chili peppers are based on personal preference.
7. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and cook over low heat to bring out the flavor of the chili.
8. When the water content is almost reduced, add the onions and continue to stir-fry.
9. Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce and sauté the onions until fragrant.
10. Pour in the fried potato strips and continue to stir-fry.
11. Pour in a small amount of cumin powder, stir-fry evenly, and serve once the flavor is absorbed
12. You can start eating happily.
