Curry fish balls

Step 1
Prepare the following ingredients according to the cooking steps: Thaw 150g fish balls, 20g curry cubes, 10g oyster sauce, and 300g water.Step 2
20g cooking oil, 50g carrots cut into hob pieces, 70g onions cut into pieces.Step 3
Heat oil in a pot, add carrots and onions and sauté over low heat for about half a minute.Step 4
Add water, curry, and oyster sauce and bring to a boil over high heat.Step 5
Add the fish balls and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until the soup becomes thick and ready to serve.Step 6
