Dried bamboo shoots and duck soup
Ingredients
- Duck Half one
- Dried bamboo shoots 85g
- Ham slices Appropriate amount
- Ginger 3 slices
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
Steps
1. Wash the duck and blanch it in a pot to remove the blood
2. Prepare 85g of dried bamboo shoots
3. Cut the dried bamboo shoots into shreds
4. Then soak the dried bamboo shoots for 3 hours
5. Remove the blood from the cooked duck
6. Pour into a basin and drain
7. Cut 4 slices of ginger
8. Prepare ham slices
9. Boil water over high heat and add blanched duck meat
10. Add a spoonful of cooking wine
11. Put the ginger slices and ham slices into the pot together, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours
12. After stewing for 2 hours, add the dried bamboo shoots, cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour
