Egg fried rice
Ingredients
- Rice A bowl
- Egg One
- Carrot A small section
- Sausage A few slices
- Onions Appropriate amount
- Salt A spoonful
- Chicken essence half a spoonful
- Pepper half a spoonful
Steps
1. First cut the carrots into small pieces
2. Cut the sausage into cubes
3. Prepare an egg
4. Pound into the bowl
5. Then stir evenly
6. Cut some green onions
7. Prepare a bowl of rice
8. Then heat the oil in the pot, pour the egg liquid into it, and stir-fry over low heat
9. Fry the eggs
10. Then add chopped green onion and continue to fry
11. Add carrots and sausage
12. Continue to stir-fry a few times and add a spoonful of salt
13. Half a spoonful of chicken essence
14. Half a spoonful of pepper
15. Then stir well
16. Pour the rice into the pot
17. Continue to stir-fry evenly, and keep the heat low throughout.
18. Plate it and it’s ready to eat
Tips
- Put a little more oil in fried rice than in normal cooking
- Fry over low heat
