Millet Pepper 5 | Garlic seeds 5 capsules |
Salt Appropriate amount | Light soy sauce Appropriate amount |
White sugar Appropriate amount | Vinegar Appropriate amount |
Step 1
The turtle dove leaves I bought are really fresh!Step 2
Wash with tap water 4-5 times until the water is clear, because leaves easily accumulate dust.Step 3
Wash it and put it in a colander to drain a little. Now you can put it in the pot and boil the water.Step 4
Pour the drained turtle dove leaves into a clean empty basin, scoop water from the boiling water pot and scald the leaves.Step 5
Add enough boiling water and use chopsticks to stir them so that they can be blanched evenly. Blanch them for one minute and that's it.Step 6
No water is needed to scald the leaves. Just take out the leaves and put them in a wall-breaking machine. Add a little cold boiling water and use the wall-breaking mode to crush them (for half a pound of turtle dove leaves, we use 8 pounds of cold boiled water)Step 7
Scald the gauze bag with boiling water and wash it cleanStep 8
Pour the juice in the wall breaking machine into a gauze bag and filter it. If it is too viscous, you can take some from 8 pounds of Liangbaikai and put it in and filter it until there is no mucus.Step 9
Dissolve plant ash in about 100ml of water and filterStep 10
Add the filtered plant ash water to the filtered juice, stir while adding, stir well and skim off the scum on top, so that the knot will look better. If you don’t care, you can ignore it.Step 11
Let it sit for about two hours, and then you can eat it when it solidifies. If you can’t finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and finish it as soon as possible.Step 12
Save in separate packagesStep 13
It's sweet, with thick coconut milk and a little honey, it's really delicious.Step 14
If it's salty, just adjust the salad dressing and pour it on top. Fairy Tofu Cooking Tips
