Flavored multi-grain pancakes and fruits
Ingredients
- Flour 200g
- Corn flour 50g
- Black wheat flour 50g
- Eggs Appropriate amount
- Vegetables Appropriate amount
- Fried dough sticks Appropriate amount
- Milk 100ml
- Black sesame A little
- Italian Chutney
- Yoghurt Salad Dressing
Steps
1. Prepare flour and multigrain powder.
2. Put flour, triticale flour and corn flour into the basin.
3. Add milk and corn oil and mix thoroughly. Let rise for one hour.
4. Prepare ingredients and sauce.
5. Grease the pan and pour in the multigrain batter.
6. Use bamboo scraper to spread it flat.
7. Beat in eggs and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
8. Flip over and add sauce and salad dressing.
9. Add the fried dough sticks.
10. Add vegetables and green onions.
11. Wrap the pancakes and fruits.
12. Multi-grain pancakes with delicious color, flavor and fruit.
13. Delicious snacks.
Tips
- Use lettuce between pancakes for a crispier texture.
- Saute the black sesame seeds first until fragrant.
