Fried eggs with leeks, the simplest home-cooked dish that tastes like a monk

- Egg
- Light soy sauce
- Five-spice powder

Steps
1. Wash the leeks and cut into sections.
2. Beat the eggs with salt.
3. When the oil is 70% hot, add it to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
4. Remove and set aside.
5. Add leeks and stir-fry until raw.
