Ingredients
- Pure milk 400ml
- Cornstarch 60g
- White sugar 40g
- Egg (milk wrapped) 1

Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Pour milk into the milk pot
3. Add sugar
4. Add corn starch
5. Stir evenly until there is no dry powder and it is smooth
6. Next, put the milk pot on the stove, cook over low heat while stirring, and keep stirring
7. Cook until the milk turns into a paste, as shown in the thick state
8. After that, prepare a container, pour the milk paste into the container while it is hot, use a silicone spatula to tidy up the surface, let it cool, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours
9. Take out the solidified milk and cut it into strips
10. Beat the eggs and pour the starch into the bowl
11. Put the milk bar into the starch and let the surface be coated with a thin layer of starch
12. Add it to the egg liquid and roll it once
13. Heat the pan without adding oil, then put the milk strips dipped in egg liquid into the pan one by one
14. Fry slowly over low heat until each side is golden brown and serve out
