Fried pork slices with onions
Ingredients
- Pork slices 100g
- Onions 2/3 pieces
- Celery 200 grams
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger Two slices
- Oil 4 grams
- Fuel consumption 5ml
- Light soy sauce 5ml
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum powder 2 grams

Steps
1. Prepare onions and celery.
2. Cut the celery with a diagonal knife and set aside.
