Fried pork with dried radish
Ingredients
- Dried radish 100g
- Lean meat 100g
- Sausage 1 piece
- Green onions 1 paragraph
- Ginger 2 slices
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Edible oil Appropriate amount

Steps
1. Soak the dried radish in water to remove the salty taste, control the water and cut into slices.
2. Cut the lean meat into slices.
3. Cut the sausage into slices.
4. Cut onions, ginger and garlic separately and set aside.
