Ingredients

- Egg 1 piece
- Walnut kernels 30g
- Dried shrimp 6 pieces
- Green beans 30g
- Onion 10g
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Carrot 40g
- Peanut oil 20g
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum powder 1g

Steps
1. First prepare all the ingredients.
2. Soak the dried shrimps in warm water in advance until soft.
