Fried tempeh with tofu
Tempeh 300 grams | Firm tofu 2 blocks |
medium onion 1 only | Green chili 4-5 only |

Step 1
Cut the tempeh into cubes, about 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm, cut the tofu cubes into the same size, cut the onions into rings/shreds, slice the garlic, and cut the peppers diagonally into sections and set aside.Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tempeh and tofu until golden brown. If you don't like oil, you can also fry them.Step 3
Pour out the oil in the pan, leaving only about a tablespoon. Saute the garlic slices and chili until fragrant, then add the onions and stir-fry.Step 4
Add brown sugar and stir-fry until the color turns brown, then turn to low heat.Step 5
