Prepare materials.Step 2
Wash the tofu; add cooking wine and water to the eggs and mix well; wash the leeks, cut off the roots, and cut into sections about 1cm long.Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add tofu, break it up with a spatula, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.Step 4
