Fried vermicelli with cabbage
Ingredients
- Cabbage Half
- Fans A handful
- Garlic One clove
- Aniseed One corner
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum A few grains
- Soy sauce A spoonful
- Salt A small spoon
- Vinegar Half spoon
Steps
1. Remove the old leaves from the cabbage.
2. Cut in half, peel off the leaves and wash them with clean water.
3. Remove the stems, tear the leaves into small pieces, control the water and box the core and sides separately.
4. Mince the garlic and rinse the vermicelli.
5. Cut the vermicelli and soak it in warm water until soft.
6. Remove and drain.
7. Pour oil into the hot pan, add aniseed and peppercorns, and fry over low heat until fragrant.
8. Throw away the fried aniseed peppercorns.
9. Put the cabbage into the hot oil pan, put the green cabbage first, then put the yellow core.
10. Stir fry evenly over high heat.
11. Sprinkle a spoonful of soy sauce and stir well.
12. Add a small spoonful of salt and stir well.
13. Add soaked vermicelli and stir well.
14. Drizzle a little vinegar.
15. Sprinkle minced garlic and stir-fry.
16. Serve on a plate.
