Garlic Spicy Shrimp
Ingredients

- Garlic 20 grams

- Chili powder 3 grams

- Cooking wine 1 spoon

Steps
1. Wash and prepare the ingredients. Cut off the tentacles and the hard shell part of the head of the shrimp. The shrimp I chose is a 3cm larger grass shrimp, so it needs to be processed, otherwise it will prick the mouth. Yo
2. Crush the garlic and mince it into puree, cut the dried chili into large pieces, shred the ginger, and mince the green garlic
3. Add cooking wine, pepper, light soy sauce and salt to the prepared shrimps and marinate them for a while
4. Sprinkle the chili powder evenly to taste, and decide how much to add according to your own taste. If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit it
5. Pour in the flour and stir well, do not stick together
6. Sprinkle with bread flour and coat evenly
7. Preheat the pot, pour in two tablespoons of oil, and when the oil is 60% hot, add the shrimp for frying
8. Fry until golden brown, then take it out and pour out the oil
9. While there is a little oil in the pot, pour in the minced garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant
10. Pour in the shrimp and stir-fry until coated with garlic paste, then turn off the heat, add in minced green garlic, sprinkle with black peppercorns to garnish, and serve

Tips
- If you can't eat spicy food, you can add less chili powder and pepper. The dried chili pepper is only used for decoration at the end, so it doesn't work. Don’t be afraid of the effects of spicy food
