Garlic Spinach
Ingredients
- Spinach 500g
- Garlic Half head
- Fuel consumption 5ml
- Salt 3 grams
- Chicken essence 2 grams
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Peel and wash garlic
2. Cut into minced garlic
3. Wash the spinach, cut off the roots, drain and set aside
4. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
5. Saute the minced garlic, add spinach and stir-fry
6. Add in oil and stir-fry evenly
7. Finally, add salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and serve. The spinach will cook easily, so don’t overcook it
