Steps
1. Mix the rice and millet, wash them thoroughly, and add water to cover the rice grains. The amount of water should be less than the usual cooking water.
2. Wash and chop the green vegetables and set aside. Cut the sausage into small pieces and set aside.
3. Soak the mushrooms and black fungus, wash and cut into shreds and set aside.
4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok (usually enough for frying one vegetable), turn on the heat until it starts to smoke, add shredded black fungus and shredded mushrooms and stir-fry for a while.
5. Immediately add chopped green vegetables, stir-fry until slightly cooked and soft, then add salt, stir-fry evenly, add sausage and stir-fry for a few times, then turn off the heat.

Tips
- For braised rice, it is best to choose short green vegetables with big butts, which have a soft, waxy and delicious texture.
- You can use rice water to soak black fungus, which is quick and clean.
- If you are not sure about the amount of water, you can add less water first. If the rice tastes hard after it is cooked, you can add a small amount of hot water and heat it again. 10~15 minutes is enough.
- After the rice is cooked, you can sprinkle a little salt to taste, or you can omit it if the taste is light.
