Green pepper stuffed meat
Ingredients
- Green pepper 3 pieces
- Pork (three fat and seven thin) 200g
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
- White sugar 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Onions 3 pcs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Water 200ml
- Starch 1 small spoon
Steps
1. Prepare the materials
2. Chop all onions, ginger and garlic
3. Wash and chop the pork into puree
4. Put it in a bowl and add onion, ginger and garlic
5. Add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, cooking wine, salt and starch and stir until strong
6. Remove the stems from the green peppers, cut them in half, and remove the cores
7. Stuff the meat filling into the green pepper
8. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, place the meat side down first, fry until golden, then flip and fry the other side (be careful when flipping, the meat will fall out easily)
9. Use a little light soy sauce, starch, sugar and water to make a sauce and pour it in
10. Bring to a boil over high heat
11. Cover the lid, turn to low heat and simmer for a while
