Grilled Beef Brisket with Radish
Ingredients
- Beef Brisket 600g
- White radish 1 root
- Cinnamon Appropriate amount
- Fragrant leaves Appropriate amount
- Eight anise 3 pcs
- Ginger 15g
- Onion 20g
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 30g
- 老草 10g
- Cooking wine 20g
- Chicken essence A little

Steps
1. Clean and cut the beef brisket into small pieces, put it into a large bowl, soak it in cold water for 2 hours, soak it well, clean it and set aside.
2. Peel the skin off the radish, rinse it, and cut it into pieces for later use.
3. Rinse cinnamon, star anise and bay leaves, peel, clean and cut the ginger into slices, clean and cut the green onion into sections and set aside.

Tips
