Step 1
Wash and blanch the wing roots.Step 2
Cut potatoes and carrots into hob pieces, cut onion and ginger into sections, and prepare other seasonings.Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant. If you like it spicy, you can add a few dried chili peppers.Step 4
Add the wing roots and stir-fry for a while, then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry for half a minute.Step 5
Add enough water to cover the base of the wings, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine,1-2 spoons of dark soy sauce (very fresh taste), 2-3 star anise, 1 spoon of sugar.Step 6
After the fire comes to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and carrot pieces and continue to cook over medium heat.Step 7
After about 15 minutes, the soup is almost gone. Use chopsticks to pick out the green onions, ginger and star anise. Finally, add a little salt and take it out of the pot. However, I don’t add any salt because both dark soy sauce and light soy sauce have a salty taste. I think it's just right. Be careful not to dry up the soup. Leave some aside to pour over rice and eat!Step 8
Plate it, it smells so good!Step 9
