Grilled steamed bun slices
Ingredients
- Steamed buns 1 piece
- Olive oil 2 spoons
- Chili powder 3 grams
- Cumin powder 3 grams
- Cooked sesame seeds 5 grams
- Scallions A little
- Shredded seaweed Feel free
- Korean hot sauce 1/2 spoon

Steps
1. I had the only big steamed bun left at home, so I cut it into eight steamed bun slices of different sizes, preparing to make five flavors of grilled steamed bun slices.
2. Pour some olive oil into a small bowl.
3. Brush both sides of all steamed bun slices with olive oil.
4. Place the oiled steamed bun slices into the baking pan.
