Hard Wheat Pineapple Dessert
Hard wheat (Suji) 1 cup | sugar 1/2 cup |
Butter/Butter 2 tablespoons | Cashew 20 pieces |
raisins A handful | Pineapple 1/4 only |
Water 2 cups | Cardamom seeds a pinch |
Saffron 15 roots |
Step 1
Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes and cut into pieces.Step 2
Take about two cups of pineapple chunks and put them in a blender. You can add a little green cardamom seeds. Add two cups of water and blend the pineapple into a paste.Step 3
Brown the hard wheat in a pot until lightly browned.Step 4
Roast the cashews until fragrant and set aside.Step 5
Add two tablespoons of butter to the pan.Step 6
Once melted, add raisins and saute slightly until fragrant.Step 7
Add the durum wheat and sauté for a minute.Step 8
Pour in the pineapple paste. When it boils, add sugar and saffron, turn to medium-low heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.Step 9
When the hard wheat is cooked, add roasted cashews, mix well and serve.Step 10
