When the jujube paste is fried to your desired level, add cooked glutinous rice flour (or not add it) and the jujube paste is ready. Homemade jujube paste cooking tipsDon’t choose dates that are too small. Otherwise, there will be very little pulp and it will be tiring.
Jujube itself is relatively sweet, so there is no need to add sugar.
The prepared date paste should be eaten as soon as possible and stored in a refrigerator that is not in use temporarily. It can be made into bread or snacks.
