Homemade Healthy Churros
Ingredients
- High-gluten flour 200g
- Yeast powder 2 grams
- Aluminum-free baking powder 2 grams
- Refined salt 2 grams
- White sugar 3 grams
- Corn oil 500ml (actual consumption 20ml)
- Warm water 130ml
Steps
1. Put the yeast powder into a bowl, add sugar and refined salt
2. Add warm water and mix thoroughly to make yeast water
3. Put the high-gluten flour into the basin
4. Add aluminum-free baking powder and stir evenly
