Steps
1. The weight of 3 eggs after shelling is about 150g ~ 160g. If you like a sweeter taste, you can increase the amount of sugar appropriately
2. Add all the sugar to the egg liquid

4. Sift in the low-gluten flour in 3 batches, stirring evenly each time
5. Add vegetable oil and continue to mix evenly

7. Pour in the batter and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
