Hot and sour crispy meat soup
Ingredients
- Pork belly 200g
- Egg One
- Green vegetables 20 grams
- Starch 30g
Steps
1. Cut the pork into half finger-long strips. The meat I chose is pork belly, you can also use tenderloin
2. Season with soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, and pepper
3. Add an egg, flour and starch to the meat strips, and continue to stir until completely uniform. The overall state is slightly thinner. If it is too dry, add a small amount of cooking oil to adjust.
4. Heat up the oil pan, wait until bubbles begin to appear at the bottom of the pan, turn to medium-low heat, fry in batches until golden in color, remove from the pan
5. After all the frying is done, increase the oil temperature and fry again quickly to ensure that the crispy meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
6. Heat the oil in the pot and saute the green onions
7. Add a little carrot shreds and coriander segments
8. Add 2 bowls of hot water and bring to a boil
9. Add the crispy pork to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes. After the crispy meat is soft, add the vegetables to the pot, add salt, chili powder, chicken powder, and a little light soy sauce
10. Finally, pour in a little water starch to thicken the soup, and add a little sesame oil, pepper, and vinegar before serving.
11. The spiciness of hot and sour soup comes from pepper. If you like it spicy, you can add more pepper.
12. A bowl of spicy and sour pork soup on a cold winter day will satisfy your stomach! Warm!
13. When you have no appetite, drink a bowl of hot and sour soup, sweat profusely, and feel happy!
Tips
- 1. There is no portion size written in the recipe. The various ingredients, including seasonings, are all determined by your own preference and taste. You have the final say;
- 2. Pepper must be added when the ingredients are about to be cooked, and vinegar should be added last;
- 3. Friends who don’t like pepper can replace it with your favorite spicy ingredients, such as Laoganma, chili oil or chili powder; 3. li>
- 4. The soup should be drunk while it is hot, otherwise the pepper and vinegar will lose their original flavor.
- 5. Personally, I think crispy meat tastes better if it is cooked longer.
- 6. Pork belly can also be replaced with pork shank, depending on each person's preference for fat or thin.
